DVB Dream Module Development SDK v1.6 not found at download link please provide new link.

nope it does not work with Digiwave DGL1189 universal linear/circular lnb

I have the hauppauge wintv nova-s plus and it seems to scan 118.8 instaed of echostar 119 i have tried every thing i have the universal lnb set to legacy and it should be compatible with that setting because it works with my set top box. is it possible there is a problem with this program
