Solution found, [Windows Key] + [Arrow key] when moused over the tile. This will re-position the window.



(Sorry for the rant, you can imagine how fun it is to miss sports... when your window disapears and there is no obvious way of getting it back. )

I know i can probably go into the registry to change dvbdreams window start position, but i don't want to do that, that is crazy.... there is got to be an easier way to get this window to show.

aarrgggghhh.... this is so anyoying, i can mouse over the process in the taskbar and see it runnning and the singal bars pumping in minuture tile, but there is no way to get it out of limbo, I even tried disconecting my 2nd monitor hoping the values for the window would reset... nothing, still same ...

My dvbdream disapeared in my dual monitor display. It used to do this in XP in that you could minimize it, and than maximize it and you could not see it other than on the task bar with its status. In Windows 7 I do not know how to use the move command on the window in the task bar to get it to resto...

Guys please impliment a volume control that does not influnace my other apps.

Everytime I put the volume down, or turn it off... it effects my other radio streams that are solely internet based and have nothing to do with my skywalker-1.

I have had the same experience with an SS2 USB I bought for a friend.

The same setup with a SS2-PCI works flawlessly. If I change the cable to the USB setup PC with drivers 4.41 and dd1.4e all installed properly... it gets no signal.

Not sure, regarding plugins, Just copy your plugin to \\dvbdream\plugins\pip00 and if it is supported it should work.

If you want to use VLC you can always stream the data to it. I noticed that using VLC in this way made for a much better picture than the codecs I was using (on STD channels). Just wondering if you have any h.264 files... play them and see how they do on their own. The X1300 is probably the minimum you would need to play h.264, so with 1 gig I would think you are pushing your rig to cappacity. Get the ram, trust me it makes a huge difference. DvbDream was far from stable with 1GIG the extra memory totally ironed out all stability issues.
