Open DVBEPG with Remote Control

It would be nice to be able to open the DVBEPG module using my remote control.
Perhaps a 'favorite module' idea similar to the 'favorite plugin' set-up in MyTheatre.

I love the addition of DVBEPG to DVBDream! :D

in v1.3a,

now if user has an EPG module inside \modules folder,
pressing the EPG key on remote will start the module instead of internal EPG.
