USB sat card for Laptop?

Please recommend me what good USB satellite card. I plan to hook up it with my laptop and run DD on it. Next question: I heard that vga out of laptop is good enough for HD video?

DVBworld 2102 USB 2.0.. I just got one in today and works like a charm.
Twinhan 1020A (DD 1.4h)
Twinhan 7021 USB Starbox (not working)
DVBworld DVB-S2102 (DD 1.4h)
DVBworld DVB-S2104 (DD 1.4h)
Geforce 7600GS
Windows XP
