Suddenly H264 doesn't work good with ATI codec

It was working good, tested several minutes. Now it works 10 seconds, then crash, or just one second and crash, sometimes, just 'standard crash dialog' is shown, sometimes no dialog.

I tried to reinstall ATI Catalyst drivers, ATI AVIVO Transcoder (from official ATI sites), restart PC, replace Settings.ini with old from backup... It works good with other codecs (Cyberlink, CoreAVC)

Now also this CH (HDTV - MPEG2) doesn't work good - freezing - with any codec/renderer:

Back to H264. With the new Catalyst driver (6.7) and new ATI codec (ATI AVIVO 6.7) it works now, but sometimes picture looks bad (Screenshot 1).

Cyberlink works good, but CPU usage is 100% and freezing.

CoreAVC works good, but there are some AR problems.

With ATI it's OK even few minutes sometimes, when I do something else (surfing), it is worse, also with VRM 9 it's worse than with Overlay renderer. CPU usage is only 50% while these problems, if the picture is OK, CPU usage is 85-95%.

ATI codec doesn't work also as SDTV (non-H264) with Generic renderer (at all) and Overlay renderer (whole screen is 'green' (more on screenshot 2)). In 1.1h - Generic renderer it's the same (as on screenshot 2).

Maybe it could be some overlay issue?? Maybe ATI use it already and it is used twice?

Hi, i have same green screen in hw mode with new catalyst ver 6.8 driver for ati radeon 9600pro with nvidia (hw mode) and cyberlink (hw mode) codec, with most channels (for example Viva Polska 13E 11075V and others), but in pip mode same channel working without any problem with nvidia (hw mode) codec

P.S. Problem solved with new catalyst driver ver. 6.9

I tried ATICatalyst 6.9 and no more "green" - thanks for hint Lubomyr.

But - still freezing with ATI codec, now also on MPEG2 channnel that was working good before, strange.

I found 2 new H264 channels temp. FTA on 5W in DVB-S, MPEG-4.

Sometimes I have only black screen on these channels with ATI codec.
