What is DVB Dream THE BEST version?

Postby edoh » Wed Apr 20, 2011 2:15 pm

Hello DVB Dream users

I would like to know which DVB Dream version is the best, without bugs and stable? Is it newest 1.5e, 1.5d,..., 1.4i,...., or some other?

I will use it on Acer Aspire One D-150 netbook with Prof. 7500 usb receiver.

(Intel Atom N280 1.68 GHz, 667 MHz FSB, 512 KB L2 cache, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 950, Windows XP Home 32bit, Bluetooth,...)

For watching 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 feeds I have plan to use elecard3.x or mainconcept codec. I know 1.5e has integrated elecard3x codec, but I`m not sure is 1.5e ok for my netbook with Prof. 7500 or some other version is better (with integrated codec - free - for 4:2:2 also).

My interest is DVB-S2 like DVB-S, and over 1000 MSymb/sec SR`s excellent reception, my dish is properly pointed and with enough size from 80 E to 45 W.

Best regards

Edo
