Buffer Overflow

Hi guys,

I'm enjoying DvbDream and I first wanted to congratulate the devs for this excellent software.

I'm just struggling with very specific problem. This happens only with H264.MPEG2 4:2:2 content.
My buffer holds max one minute and after it resets, it holds less and less long.

I suppose the problem comes from me and not from the software. However, if you had good tips to apply in order to avoid that problem, that would be great to know !

It might come from my config too. But I thought it was enough.

My config :

- Windows 7 Premium Family Edition
- Intel Core i5 @2.27 Ghz
- 4GO RAM
- 64 bits
- ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650

Few people seem to be able to help on this :(

I'd consider to buy a new PC to solve that but there might be a cheaper way, no ?

If no, what do you advise me to choose as CPU ?

Probably caused by codec & stream format incompatibility. Trying other h264 codecs might help. also Check codec & video renderer options. Disabling / enabling Hardware acceleration options etc might help.

Thx for your reply rel.

Though it came quite late. But I finally figured out that the problem was the CPU. With Cold blue bags under my processor unit, down the laptop, I could manage to keep the usage of CPU lower and avoid the break ups.

However I decided to change for a new PC and it goes super good from now !
