Can't Record

Postby Gokemon » Mon Jun 22, 2015 2:59 am

I'm using DVB Dream 2.6a.When I click on the record button a message appears saying No disk space enough on the record drive.

My drive has 137 Gb free.

What's going on.

Regards

Please go to Main menu-> Options->Preferences->Record
and check "Record Path", there are 3 paths, DD picks the record path automatically. If there i'snt enough space on the 1st path, automatically selects 2nd and so on

If you have set first path and there is enough space on that disk, you might have a problem with access rights. Try to run DVB Dream as administrator and see if it changes anything. Also install DVB Dream into another path "c:\dvbdream2" for example and test again.

If you cannot fix the problem, attach your "dvbdream.log" file here , from the dvbdream/logs folder (located in the folder where you installed dvbdream)
Take log file right after an attempt of failed record

I just did but again same message. It seems that the DVBDREAM folder in the hard disk is read only and I can't change this when I modify the attributes.Same thing if I change installation folder.I tried running DVB Dream as administrator but same happenns.

I attach the DVB Dream log file below.

So problem must be with your Windows configuration.
Try changing record path simply to "C:\" (root folder)
if there is still problem, and if you cant change read-only status, I can only advise trying to reinstall Windows to get folder access right.
