What does T Break mean in the info bar? I often set renderless mode on when recording to reduce CPU usage and when I disable it to see what the video is showing the T Break field increases by one. Does this T Break have any affect on the recorded TS file?

Nothing wrong. T-break is only counted probably when renderless mode is not active. (when there is video) It doesnt affect TS files
