DBA Driver question

Hi

I'm going to change my DVB card from the SS2 to the upcoming Win-HVR 4000 hoping that it will have DBA drivers. So my questions are:
1- DBA drivers are standard drivers so if DvBdream support it automatically Dvbdream support all DVB cards with that have DBA drivers?

2- is possible move a diseqc 1.2 motor using DBA driver even if the card support only the diseqc 1.0'
