Sorry for my english.

I have ProLink PixelView DTV2000 (Twinhan VP-1020).
Windows XP
AMD Sempron 2500+, Internal SoundCard, MB ASUS A7N8X-X
Cyberlink 7.0 codecs

I use native driver for my card. Also i tried drivers from Twinhan cards same result.

Viewing ordinary MPEG2 channels:

With InterVideo WinDVB included in package it works perfectly. Processor Load constant about 20%. Smooth movement.

With DVBDream (I think - the best satellite program) a have constant freezes of picture with interval about 2 seconds. Processor load is not constant but jumps from 0% to 20%. (0-20-0-20-0-20). Sound is good.

I haven't hardware conflict. IRQ 17 is used only by DST card.

Can you help me to get smooth movement picture.

After some experiments I found answer on my question.
TwinHan VP-1020, PixelView DTV2000 and other compatible cards have bug in the driver, that eats many processor time during status request.

To resolve picture freezing you must do following:
1) Go to Options menu, select Preferences (Ctrl-A)
2) Set flag - Disable signal/quality indicators.

Thats all.
