Playing Recordings crashes 1.4h atleast for me it works fine in live mode but not in file mode...

Also .TS recordings are broken, only MPEG seem to work...

DD uses directshow, so you must have TS capable splitter/demultiplexer on your system to be able to play the TS records.
If mpg records cause crashes, then the current mpeg2-splitter on your system must be causing the problem with that stream recorded.
