I believe the drivers are wacked. We need updated drivers for it to work. Need to contact DVBWorld and request an update. I tried many programs with no solution for 22khz.

dvb-s2

I have dvb-s2 working in Dvbviewer Pro and Progdvb Pro but can't seem to make it work with Dvbdream.

How about 22khz?

I was using a 22khz switch to seperate my c band and ku band systems but had to take it out because the dvbworld drivers don't switch it at all. The Dvbworld software has an option for selecting 22khz switch but it doesn't seem to do anything. Send mail to Dvbworld, maybe they will look into it.

It does work in DVBWorld software for me, but not anywhere else.

odd it would work in one software and not another, I can't get it to work at all, using an Ecoda 22khz switch. I sent an e-mail, maybe others will too.

I have tried pretty much every setting with LOF SW 11700, 12700 and 12200 but no luck. They must use some kind of different switch for 22khz.

Hi All,

I've also set up my dvbworld card with dvbdream and is it working fine in non 22k mode. However I cannot get my 2102 to send out the 22k signal for my switch. The switch is working fine with the dvbworld viewer 2.0 but not with dvbdream.

The only way to view the 22k switched output is to first open the dvbworld application and choose the TP I'd like to view. Then I open dvbdream and tune to any channel within that TP chosen. All works fine. But I have to change channel on 2 applications at same time to view each channel.

I found the following cut and paste from the BDA drivers. Does anyone know how one can manually enable this toneburst?

From BDA readme driver pack
-------------------------------------------------------------
Pls use following interface to put ToneBurst setting:
HRESULT put_FrequencyMultiplier(
ULONG ulMultiplier
);
ulMultiplier : 1--->TONE_BURST_SA
ulMultiplier : 2--->TONE_BURST_SB
ulMultiplier : Others--->TONE_BURST_NONE
---------------------------------------------------------------

Perhaps someone here has had this problem issue?

I tried to install the WDM drivers but there is no install for them seems. Does one install the WDM drivers from dvbworld site(from 2006) or some other place? Any quick FAQ's on how to install WDM drivers on XP?

Does anyone know the raw discq commands I can put to enable the 22k switch manually?

Many thanks in advance for any comments and help
