Can not load des.dll error on 1.6 works fine in my older ver

I upgraded to 1.6 to give it a try. All was working fine and after a computer reboot I started getting a message that stated that for some reason DVBDream could not load des.dll. It does this for all 3 copies I have running for the 3 tuner cards I have. My older version works fine and I had to revert back.

Dll is in the folders.
AV is Off
Running Win7 64 bit
4 gig ram
Dule Core 3 gig processor

Hi,
can you test again and write here what exactly the error message about des.dll said please.
I need full error message and dvbdream.log file if you can attach here please.

also tell me which antivirus and firewall softwares do you use , please. try to disable them for a while while loading DD to see if it helps

try to change your antivirus (And spyware/firewall as well)
especially karpersky antivirus seem to cause this problem
