Only happens on DVB-S2 ? You have good signal levels and a very well fixed dish there (any wind effect ?)
Packet Losses: How many continuity errors detected on the incoming stream. This is the reason for most of the picture freezes and glitches. Caused by weak signal level or a warmed up tuner (!)
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

Occurs mainly with DVB-S2 transponder , very rare to occur with DVB-S
signal level 75% - Quality Level 41%
dish fixed well it is small diameter 85 cm with only one centered LNB ( no wind effect )
after 2 hour recording from 2 HD channel packet losses about 245
