DVB Dream v2.5 application Error

When tuning transponders on 85 east (Horizons) is a problem. Please advice.
Win XP SP3.

weird, it happens when you click on "Tune" only ?
or when you click "Scan" ?
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
