TBS 6982 crashes DVBDream at motor activation

Please advice
OS Windows 8.1 64bit
Motherboard: Intel BCZ68BC
Motor: H2H Mount Microyal
DVB Card TBS 6982
Windows driver TBS 1.0.0.6

Application Crashes when Motor is been activated , most likely when move command is been transmit.
I had tried installing different version of MS CC+ redistributable from 2005 -2013 and nothing would help.
Reinstalling DVBDream wouldn't help nether

Beside motor bug , the TBS with DVBDream combination works flawless. I m very happy with both acquisitions.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Any suggestions for this problem ?
It is a DVBDream problem, windows problems, device driver or TBS Card ? Any Ideas ?
I know it takes two to Tango
Is there anybody having motor movement problems DDDream and TBS brand of cards ?
Or nobody uses both combination?
Please advice PC Cards that are working with usal and DVBDream or possitioning
