Postby faam » Sat May 12, 2007 6:46 am

Hi
as the title is Snapshot in BMP32bit or BMP24bit instead of lossy JPEG
will be great especially when we want to edit these snapshots in photoshop as an example because jpeg is a lossy format
and if possible to assigning one of optional remote control keys to do this
thanks in advance

Hi res 4:4:4 Jpeg is no worse, if not better, than MPEG2 video.
On an HD channel perhaps. Maybe settings for level of compression of the Jpeg would be a good option.
I agree, a lossless image format would be nice, but the video content is already a lossy format.
