I agree, support for closed captioning in NA would be a big plus for me.

I am currently a MyTheatre user on NA.

I think that DD project will be the best option for DVB, but it need some feature already running on other current DVB soft like "CLOSED CAPTION" (don't mean teletext).

Actually I am testing DD in order to migrate from MyTheatre but I must need to wait until DD give me at least CLOSED CAPTION.

How about support for CLOSED CARTIONS!!!

DVBDream has all the best features..... Except CC.

MyTheatre has the best CC.

Another one that may or may not be related is pulling Song/Artist Data on Radio channels.

It seems like Intervideo decoder from WinDVD has the line21 pin working. Is there a way to connect it in DD? I can't make my own graphedit there.

Take the code above, make another pin in DD DirectShow filter, connect it to Line21 decoder 2, connect to the video renderer. That is the idea. You can do an On Off in DD too.

dd has been kind our family its the only software I can get it to work

struggling hard to get my theatre to work (my reason is for the CC in NA)For like a few mins I was able to see the CC working great. I think SS2 and MT with duo core don't go together anyways
it would be a Dream to our family if you could add the CC feature like in MT

right now we using not so great ffdshow from dexterlab (heard hes been a bad boy with the GPL and all)
when using this.. it crashes the DD when changing channels too often.

is there anyway we can help with the Testing with regards to this ?

also has anyone seen the CC in NA watching HD ? (my theater in general) cuz then it might be something that Saar could help you with ?

thanks for your awsome software.. mind you the same goes to Saar with regards to CC (even tho I couldn t get it to work) its the thoughts about supporting the families that are dependent on CC
