AutumnWave (NA Cable) support

I have just ordered an onair gt for atsc and cable, I'd love to be able to use the cable tuner in Dream.
The manufacturer has code available to add 3rd party app support at : hxxp://www.autumnwave.com/FAQ/view/Advanced-To ... m/179.html
Can this be easily added?
