My monitor has aspect ratio 16:10, most channels have AR 16:9, so I have the black bars with almost all channels in fullscreen.

Workaround - it's possible to remove black bars using the Cropping option "Vertical Zoom", but it crops the picture also in window mode.

Possible solutions how to remove black bars and preserve aspect ratio:

- new option 16:10 (+ preserve AR, crop left and right parts of the picture)
- save AR options separately for window mode and fullscreen
- context menu option and keyboard shortcut to switch between actual crop (existing option for hor/ver) and no crop

Another problem is, that when I set the "cropping - zoom" for SD channel, when I switch to HD channel, it doesn't work good, part of the video is cropped, so it's quite unusable.

I found a video player with the feature "Stretch by keeping aspect ratio", it works perfect, video is stretch to fit fullscreen or window, so that any black bars are removed and the part of the video is cropped, AR is always preserved, now I really miss this feature in DD.
