hi.

i have a 22" widescreen monitor and its in 16:10. i guess i'm not the only one because this displays get more and more popular. so my question is if you could add the view ratio (Sichtverhältniss) embedded 16:10 (eingebettet 16:10) to the next dvbdream version?

btw.: dd is the best dvb viewer ever ;)

Already implemented, but there is a known bug with VMR and VMR9, so you have to switch to Overlay renderer, or/and change it manually - there are even special AR options, check the context menu - Aspect Ratio and Numpad hotkeys / and *.

Edit: 16:9 AR is not supported by all codecs, it works with ATI, nVidia, InterVideo.

Moved to General.

i know that 16:9 aspect ratio is. but i need 16:10 so that i don't get black borders if he cuts into an original 4:3 ratio.

You are right, it looks these options don't work good, Stretch Embedded 16:9 looks almost correct, but it isn't.

Moved back to Feature Requests.
