Open sourse for Twinhan Mantis driver (BDA)

Hello !
Would be nice if DD could handle the BDA driver for Twinhan 1034-CI Mantis.
The driver and prog could be found here :http://***.digitalrise.biz/support/
replace * with w
The driver support DiseqC 4x1.
Current driver in DD 1.3c works if you start the card several times
and uses BDA-console for switching the DiseqC switch.
BDA console can be found at twinhan.com together with drivers
for Win Mediacenter.
