Postby scaistar » Thu Jun 29, 2006 1:28 am

Yesterday i find that HD.Forum on 13°E become LUXETV.HD

So i made QUICKSCAN, found new HD channel, but after OK have always old HD FORUM
So i made NORMAL scan but not resolve problem.

Hi Pit,

some users might not want scanner to update/change channel names because they might have changed channel name themselves. (DD lets you change channel name in channel properties)

a new checkbox with a label (for ex. "updatable") on channel properties might help I think.

Yes, an option "updatable" would help, at least to one user from CZ/SK SS2 forum and me. But not just channel name, but also audio PID, ECM... All these options would be "locked".

Or at least one global option "Do not update channels" in Scan dialog or Preferences.
