2 questions :

1/ What kind of Graphic Card ?
- Why asking this ?
- Because it appears to work fine with some Graphic Cards (ex: ATI X1600 Pro HDMI)

2/ Which DirectShow rendering mode is selected ?
- You should use VMR9 rendering mode. Vista does not support Overlay anymore.

A little tip :

You can temporarly deactivate AERO when DD is launched. To do this, you just have to modify 'compatibility options' on DD's shortcut (I do not remember the exact syntax of the option to activate, but it tells about desktop recomposing or something like that)

Hi,

thanks for answer!

1. I have windows vista with svga nvidia 8500GT and when I put DD in TV window mode is very difficult to move it because when I click with mouse on TV window for to move it the pointer of mouse jumps to the left and it maintain a distance of about 5 cm from the TV window.

2. I use VMR9 rendering mode.

PS. thanks for trick, I already knew this, but I don't like to disable AERO. I hope the magnificent author of DD that I thank a lot for his splendid job fix it in next version 1.4e.

PS. look the file enclosure, it is a clip video screen capture of my desktop

Hi
This problem is not only with TV mode. There is an incompatibility between DD and vista aero.

I'm not the author of DVB Dream, I'm just a moderator and beta tester. Rel is the author of DVB Dream.
