Missing MSVCR71.dll message at startup

Postby pstein » Wed Mar 21, 2007 9:04 am

When I start DVBDream a popup appears informing me that
a file MSVCR71.DLL is missing.

However the programm seems to work (at leats partially).

How can I either suppress this warning or
get this DLL ?

I am working under WinXP

you can download that dll here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... ml?msvcr71

It's a Microsoft C Library which is necessary.

DD Core does not use this DLL, but some devices modules that have been developped under MS C++ need it.

Hi, I had the problem like your before. And to solve it you can try neat ways: 1. Update software. 2. Reinstall it. 3. Install fix dll tool, which is most popular. For example, I use next one: http://fix4dll.com/d3dx9_42_dll. Try, I think it will help you too.
