Two identical BDA devices in DVBDream?

Two identical BDA devices in DVBDream?

I understand, its possible to create 2 DVBDream program folders with 2 different bda.dev files, and run them simultaneously, watching 2 shows via 2 DVB cards. Is it possible to use identical cards or USB devices in this scenario, and how to achieve this?

Pic below from TeVii tech support shows 2 TeVii USB S660 tuners working simultaneously in DVBWorld. What's required to make 2 Prof 7301 cards work like this? How this pic below was accomplished in DVBWorld?

needs driver support.
driver should let each card to register seperately.
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
