Timeshift Troubles and Deja-Vu...

I can record fine (except scheduled recordings of course) but when I use timeshifting when I play it back it skips and freezes or audio gets screwed up or out of sync. etc. I wonder why? If I can record and playback flawlessly I'd think the timeshift would also work just fine. Any suggestions? I've tried both Ram and HD but I only have 640mb of Ram.

already reported in bug reports section
other codecs might work better with timeshift
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
