Dunno, but maybe You should change file extension from .dll to .mod ?

Just rename compiled file and that's all.
Change ext from .dll to .mod, nothing more.
If You want to use .dll extensions You should use MDAPI instead of SDK.

Sample sources of PoorMan's CAM, which is MDAPI plugin, but unfortunately for You - written in Delphi:

Look for MultiDec API on the web...
But anyway I'm still believe that change compiled .dll file to .mod is probably not very big problem. Did You try to just change file extension?
