I received this error while viewing a channel that had weak "signal quality". The video was getting green and blocky then DVBdream frozen and this error occured:

Crash occured while changing channels. DVBdream process still listed in Windows Task Manager after crash occured. I started DVBdream again and DVBdream would not initialize tuner. After a few seconds DVBdream froze. Tried to shut down DVBdream from Windows Task Mangager but I was unable too. Only way to fix problem was to reboot computer.
