Hi moster67,
i also own a STAB 120 in combination with a TH 1041 (S2 CI) and i wrote the new BDA-Interface amongst others to use it with BDA-Drivers.
The Interface has a special handling for TwinHan cards and uses their IOCTL-Interface to enhance functionality for DiSEqC at the moment.
In future it should be able to use the remote and CI / CAM also.
At first read something about the Interface here and load it:

To drive a rotor there are some neccessary setings to do / to know.
1)
If you set up the dish-positions manually you must know their stored numbers in memory of the rotor - they are NOT saved in any software !
Example of my setup:
1=0192, 2=0235, 3=0150, 4=0160, 5=0282, 6=0420, ....
2)
Under options - DiSEqC you have to select 'NONE'.
Add as much positions you want to steer to to port 1.
Simpliest is to have the orde same as stored positions.
3)
Also urgent is to set 'Always force to resend diseqc commands' under Options/Preferences/Performance. Repeat count must be minimum 1 for standard DiSEqC to handle any switch.
THIS IS NECCESSARY - OTHERWISE DD DIDNT SEND DISEQC COMMANDS TO THE DEVICE !
From my experiences i noticed it is neccessary to set the rep.count to minimum 2 - otherwise the rotor didnt recognize the command sometimes...
4)
Now take a look at the positiomers dialog-box.
A) Select a wanted satellite position.
B) Set the associated number stored in the motor correctly
C) Press SEND (under Satellite)
The stored number must appear right from the Sat-Name.
Do this for all positions.
5)
Now you should be able to drive the rotor automatically when you change between positions.
ATTENTION:
You MUST confirm the Message 'Motor will be moved' !!!
Maybe sometimes motor will not move. You can do it manually by sending one or two commands with GOTO and / or SEND.
DONT PRESS STORE ! THIS WILL DISORGANIZE YOUR ROTOR-SETUP IF COMMAND IS NOT REALLY WANTED !
So try it and let me hear the results.

ScanMan
Addendum:
I dont think there is an WDM-driver available for Mantis-Cards.
The latest BDA-revision is 1.0.5.9 - same i'm using with my TH 1041.
