Timeshift control in TV window and fullscreen

Currently it's not possible to control timeshift in TV window and fullscreen by mouse and keyboard shortcuts are limited. Therefore I suggest to:

- Add existing options "Go to start/end", -10/20/30 sec, -1/2/3 min also to TV window and fullscreen context menu.

- And add also 2 additional options - rewind 10 seconds / forward 10 seconds, perhaps also larger values could be added (30 sec., or 1 min.)

Another suggestion:

- Add another item to all menus - Toggle Timeshift (turn off/on and restart DD, if needed)

- Add all items (old and new - suggested above) also to main menu.

Especially "Toggle Timeshift" is very needful, because timeshift is sometimes very useful, but sometimes useless.
