technisat skystar2 WDM drivers 4.41 and positioner
Hello, First off all I am not sure this is really a feature request. A few days back technisat have released a new driver for their B2C2 cards. With prewious versions of the driver DD requires a patched skynet.sys. I am not sure if this new driver has some advancements comparing to the elder ones bu...

hello, DVB dream can stream currently viewed channel over a network. You can then use VLC media player to do the transcoding and let remote users connect to the machine runing VLC. Ideally you should get a dedicated server for that because video takes a lot of bandwidth. I was speculating about conv...

I think that when rel posted he's back about to start working on new version we should trust him. Maybe there is a few things left to do besides DD development or maybe he's already working hard. I think we should stay patient. Edit: oops, I dont know what got wrong but at first I did not notice rep...

recording in TS requires no alterations to the stream meaning you are recording exactly the stuff which's broadcasted. In DD we have also an advantage that you are able to record multiple audio or other streams. MPEG recording is not as stable as TS recording is. TS can be converted to mpeg PS using...

Hello, I don't know if my problem is the same. With my specs (see the signature) DD sometimes closes during the scan. It happened twice to me today. First when I was scaning astra 19E and second time when scaning hotbird 13.0E. No error message or any unusual prompt was generated. it just disapeared...

yep; you can pass client url to VLC as cmd line parameter. for example c:\progra~1\videolan\vlc\vlc.exe udp://@192.168.1.255 and it should open automatically. you can try passing it --help instead this and it will create a file vlc.txt with commandline parameters reference. you can even start it in ...

I did not know that this one is free. I do know I've got some nvidia card so at first I have to check whether it matches the devices supported and if yes; I'll try to decrease CPU load. or do you think the difference to software decoding is almost invisible? EDIT: I'm crazy. I've my graphic card in ...
