There's no such thing as TURBO_xxx modulation. The TURBO thing refers to FEC type, not modulation. Of course there's no FEC type in the draft, so you'd have to add it. I had that same problem on one of the PCs. Never figured it out. Other PCs are fine, even though some of them are less powerful.
