Are you using the BDA drivers?
Is your card a 1020A or a 102G?
Did you configure anything on the 22 kHz tone switch tab?

The more I am learning the more I realize that none of these cards really seem to support everything a hardware box can. Is that true? I thought maybe I would buy a SkyStar2 card but it's specs say it only supports QSPK.

It appears that while using Twinhan BDA drivers there is no way to receive high-definition channels which are broadcast using Turbo-FEC 8SPK.
