it sounds like a simple problem with diseqc settings.
- What is your card (device)? do you have the latest drivers for that?
- Do you have diseqc on line? is the setup correct ?
- Please attach the files from your log folder (where you installed dvb dream)

delete your chlist.chl file from dvb dream installation file and reconfigure all diseqc/satellites and scan again.
What satellite are you trying to scan? is it ATSC? and where are you located?

Sorry, but I cannot reproduce this. You might have specific situation. Where does it crash? Maybe on some specific frequencies? Do you have enough signal on that frequencies? (no packet losses?) you can disable /enable some options in positioner (if you use it) to prevent crashes because that might ...

It is Avermedia related. Probably it uses non-standard way (BDA Api)
Nothing much to do about that. Maybe you can switch to a TBS device instead of Avermedia.

Uncommitted switch tag under diseqc dialog (main menu - options - diseqc - select satellite - uncommitted)

Make sure you install the latest device drivers for your DVB device. Run DVB Dream under administrator rights.
If these don't help, do what the error message says, switch to StreamReader device in devices dialog

Change all of "Video Codec. Audio Codec, Video Renderer, Audio Renderer" one by one. I think Audio renderer or Video REnderrer cause the problem. i reinstalled the 7500 driver and it got much better.but another problem happened.audio & video out of sync in premier pro

Record in TS format (this is original stream as is )
If the problem happens again, convert this TS file to any other format before importing to premier pro

If the signal levels are good, and nothing blocks LNB for a second or so (maybe a brach of tree)
try other USB slots
check CPU usage during pixalation
make sure the record disk is a fast disk

Make sure you install the latest version and try to use BDA device instead of StreamReader please . (in devices dialog)
Do you have strong enough signal from the satellite dish?

You can download FFDShow and install it , then restart DVB Dream and click on 'Install codecs' button (name might be a little different, I dont remember) on video options dialog
