thanks for fixing the error, with 1.4a dvbdream version video is running like before. But unfortunately not on all decoders, only on cyberlink video codecs, I tried with Nvidia Pure Video and problem still exists. don't know for the others, but I get best picture with Cyberlink and Nvidia Pure Video...

SOmething is not OK, that's obvious, maybe bad relation with software and driver.

my recommendation is nvidia purevideo decoder, nice picture like cyberlink, but what is most important he automatically detect format of picture so you don't have to set it manually to 16:9 or 4:3.
