I had this problem using nvidia codec tried every combination and no go.
I uninstall the nvidia codec and reinstalled it and all was ok after reopening DD 1.4h.
Maybe I got lucky?

Everytime you install a newer version of DD you have to delete the dvbepg.ini file from the modules folder or u get that error.

First thanks for this program I like it. :) I got my first dvb-s 3 days ago and have not had a problem testing so far. DVBEPG is giving an ini error on new v104.h and then locks up.
