the setup is 61.5 and 110 w genpix/ coreavc 1.6.5 and it stutters on every h264 channel on change of channel. If dvbdream is restarted on each channelchange then it plays fine. What can be causing this ?

I get around 45 - 60% cpu use and the h264 channels drop frams and somewhat stutter. Restarting dvbdream 1.6i fixes the problem. Do u have same problem?

Same issue here. What is going on, when the stutter begins on h264 channels and only on those, to get it to be smooth again, then DD1.4i needs to be restarted. In action is coreavc1.6 and nvidia video codec w/audio nividia.
Any suggestions?

They both have h.264 accel.
How is the 8800GT with Dish HD h264? will it be better then ati 1250?
What codec do you recommend and video settings for best h264 performance?
