Many of us have 2 or more tuners (I have DVB-S + DVB-T) and dvbdream can't run them together. I got rid of this problem by turning off hardware acceleration in the Cyberlink (new) codec. Now the decoding is done by CPU but no deinterlacing problems anymore.
I wrote about these problems to ATI/AMD but no reaction. Catalyst 8.3 still behaves the same.
