same problem valid for me too.but i found something.when i was deleted "chlist.chl" file the program is working and i'm scanning a satellite it is founding channels and i can watch them.next i'm closing dvbdream and it isn't working again.i'm deleting "chlist.chl" file,dvbdream not crashing this tim...
