Until it is recognised as a problem with the way SP3 interacts with DVB Dream then there is little we can do apart from roll back to SP2 which works well.

No official news from DD so until the SP3 hits the masses we have to wait.

I did try an reinstall the codecs which didn't work. I too had the RC SP3 before and didn't have this issue, the RTM version (final) only came out a couple of days ago so I doubt you have the same SP3 as I do, and the reason I used this instead was due to the fact some of the applications like RDP s...

Rolled back and removed SP3, all back again working well.

Now to figure out what screws it up in SP3.
