If I usee cyberlink h264 codec then there is audio lag delay.

Try using AC3Filter for your audio.

Try ARCSOFT h.264 they seem to work well.

delete all configs from new copy of DD folder
create a new user with password on your PC
then right Click on DD icon presing shift choise run as
type neme and pass of new user

The Icon i Shift+Rightclick on is the copy of dvbdream?
