Yes, the two programs start, but cannot be properly said that they work, they basically step onto each other's foot. On the other hand, I don't think running two simultaneous instances is the proper usage, since, eventually, the pip function would come more appropriate.
Thank you.

Re: pip0 and pip1 using two DVB-S cards
Don't know, but if you mean DVB Dream, just try it, make a copy of DVB Dream folder and run both at once, it should work, if not, try to install Technisat drivers (4.4.0) and use SDK device for one card and Direct device for the other. Running two instances at once, one dvbdream and another of a di...

pip0 and pip1 using two DVB-S cards
Hello, I managed to use two DVB-S cards (one Skystar2 PCI and one Skystar2 USB), simultaneously in the same PC, initially using two different DVB players, one of which is dvbdream. Now, I just wonder whether dvbviewer can support pip0 and pip1, respectively assigned to the two different DVB-S cards....

Short message: Since DVBdream 1.3 C DVB-S2 channels are detected correctly and can be viewed using the Technotrend S2-3200 receiver. Although, the CPU load is still very high in comparison with other software viewers like DVBviewer and ALTdvb. The video image suffers from stuttering. So, till now n...

all DVB-S2 devices with BDA drivers should work in theory, but I didnt get any "success" report from users yet. / not tested. [...] With Technotrend DVB S2-3200, DVB-S channels are working with no problem. Unfortunately, my favourite HD channels, specifically those broadcasted in DVB-S2, are not tu...

I just wrote a reply about this on another forum , so I will copy paste here: LastMainWindow=xxxxxx the settings.ini line above should be causing that, you can just remove it. (before starting DD) I will fix it in next version. Thank you for your reply. After removing the suggested line, unfortunat...

Another instance is already running
Mostly after a PC fresh start, as I start the applicative (through v1.1h) a window pops up showing the message "Another instance is already running".
Apparently nothing solves such problem, just trying a few times gives a successful start.
Thank you and best regards

H.264 support
I would like to give a try to Hdtv H.264 channels but the available source filter does not provide the H.264 video out pin.
Will it be supported in the future?
Thank you and best regards
