Divx7 (http://www.divx.com) seems to be also working fine as H.264 decoder for dvbdream.
My entry in guids.ini is following:
H264CODEC11=DivX H.264 Decoder, {6F513D27-97C3-453C-87FE-B24AE50B1601}
