I guess the problem is Secosd. I had exactly the same errors and when I disabled Secosd they disappeared.

With 1.5d my Skystar HD2 had no problem moving a SG2100 using diseqc 1.2 commands, either way (east to west, west to east). With 1.5e nothing seems to happen with diseqc 1.2 or USALS.
