I reinstalled XP, motherboard and ATI driver CDs, then TBS 8920 installation CD for Blaze and then DD. I also installed ffdshow. Syrian TV on Americas 5 Ku does not display correctly with the current DD. The red MPEG2 thermometer fills up in about 18 seconds, a snapshot of video appears on the local screen, and the process repeats.
