i can't tune the "Kabel Deutschland" DVB-S2 Transponders on 23,5°E all others work fine. i've updated the tp-list before and tryed to scan manually with all possible Modulation types. It won't work. You are using MinGW(GCC), right?
I never successfully made a devicefile with MinGW that DvbDream can load, my programs load it, but with DvbDream no way.

Now for DD stuff I use VC++, no problem at all.

No plugin is needed, only a devicefile that use the WDM driver, the WDM driver: don't support Windows Vista.
