Channels fail to be saved after scan in some cases
It appears that in some cases channel saving (after scan) depends on saved channel in a nearly located transponder: some services cannot be saved. For example, on 9E 12110 V 27500 Auto QPSK channels are saved cortectly. Scanned new channels on a nearly located Horizontal-transponder 9E 12110 H 27500...

Preferences->Localization->"Always switch to preferred language" can hang application (UI becomes unresponsive).
