Thanks for the answer. Drivers from the pages of TBS, I tried with the same result. I understand your observations. DD creates the right RAW commands but you don't get to the switch or the motor. It's an older device, but if the TBS will issue Windows 7 64 bit drivers for, then you should be working...

WindowsXP 32 bit - TBS QBox-S2 USB - momoblock Mascom 19.2E and 23.5E. DVBDream 2.9.3.4 TBS OEM, settings diseq-C 19.2E port 1, 23.5E port2, switch function of satellites and receiving OK.
